Placing Orders
Placing an order could not be easier, click on any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished you selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to enable us to process your order. Orders can be placed on this site or over the phone. At Fairytale Favors we are dedicated to total satisfaction but as all products are hand decorated there may be slight variations on design or colours to those shown on the web site. Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw items due to unforeseen circumstances.
Samples
Samples can be provided upon request but we regret that we are unable to send them out free of charge. We are happy for you to purchase samples. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call one of our coordinators to discuss any special requirements you may have.
Confirmation of Received Orders
When you have placed an order we will email you a sales acknowledgement. We ask you to check this carefully and make any changes you may require and forward it back to us.
Delivery
For all orders the delivery cost is included in the price of the product. All our cookies are baked to order and delivered Tuesday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We use Parcel Force couriers and Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges caused by industrial action, incorrect address information, re-delivery attempts or circumstances outside of our control.
We make every effort to ensure our cookies arrive on your requested delivery date. For time sensitive orders such as birthday gifts, we recommend you schedule delivery for the day before the event. For delivery to remote areas of the UK, please allow an extra day for transit. We cannot offer refunds for late delivery.
For orders that are collected we will not be held responsible for loss or damage once the cookie have left our premises.
Payment
Full payment is required upon placing an order. We accept payment in the following ways: Pound Sterling, Euros, and all major credit and debit cards and by cheque (cheques should be made payable to Image on Food Ltd), please ensure the bank card number and address is on the back.
Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Numbers are not held on any computer.
Prices
We try to ensure our prices on the website are correct at all times. However, our products are subject to market forces and we reserve the right to change the prices at any time and without prior notification. If you have placed an order affected by a price change we will contact you and will not proceed with the order without your consent.
The Site
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. We will honour any genuine order placed before these changes are made.
Guarantee
We aim to do everything we can to ensure that your product arrives with you in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with your order you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Tel: 0845 095 1270

Cancelled or Amended Orders
As we work on a same day dispatch service with the majority of our products any cancellations must be phoned through within 30 minutes of the order being placed. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees if a cancellation is recieved after this time.
Returns
All our products are created to order and are of a very high quality, we can only offer a return or refund in exceptional circumstances, please make sure you order carefully. We MUST be notified of any breakages or shortages within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
Liability
Image on Food shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the products arising from circumstances outside of their control. We do not take any responsibility for the goods once delivered.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that you have provided us lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass any information onto a third party unless requested to do so by law.

Whilst care is taken over any links to other sites we have no control over their content and cannot accept responsibility for them.
VAT
VAT is included where appropriate on certain lines and our VAT number is 661 2063 64.
