Place your orders by 12:30pm to ensure same day posting . We post gifts Monday to Thursday only, excluding Bank Holidays. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK, except for BFPO addresses.

All individual gifts including cookie cards and Baby Bundles are sent First Class through the Royal Mail. The majority of single gifts should be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays), however we cannot guarantee this, unless you choose Special Delivery - Next Day delivery option at the checkout.. If you need the gift to arrive by a certain date and you would like to use First Class Royal Mail then we suggest you choose a posting date at least two business days before the desired delivery date. Royal mail advises delivery in 2-5 working days using standard first class.

All Cookie Bouquets are sent through via next working day courier service, so if you order it before 12.30pm it should be delivered the next business day. All courier deliveries require a signature as prove of receipt, if there is no-one there to recieve it the courier will leave notification detailing how to rearrange delivery, or where it can be collected. Courier service mainland UK is delivered between 8am – 6pm the next working day. Please note Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands are on 2-3 day service.

Please note that bouquets ordered on a Friday will not arrive until the following Tuesday.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail which are outside of our control. All parcels sent by courier delivery are tracked but we cannot track 1st class mail. Royal Mail categorises a parcel as lost if undelivered after 15 working days. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, we will issue a refund or send your cookies again, whichever you prefer.

Additional Information

1. Personalisation
Unless otherwise stated, all our products are packed and sealed into acetate bags and hand finished with complimentary ribbon from our standard range.
Personalised ribbon is available in many colours. We will try our best to match the colour of the ribbon with the colour themes you require. There are one or two limitations with dye colour, but we will be happy to clarify these with you. We recommend that ribbons and tags be printed in either gold or silver for the best effect.

2. Ingredients and storage
All our ingredients are fully listed on the product packaging. They are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers. Please store your cookies with care, away from heat, in a cool dry place and away from strong light. All our products have a minimum shelf life of six months from delivery.

3. Payment
We require full payment with receipt of your order. Orders will not be dispatched until the balance is received. Please make cheques payable to Image on Food Ltd and write your bank card number and address on the back. Alternatively we also accept payment by credit/debit card and payment can be made online or by telephone, to discuss please call us on 0845 095 1270.

4. Returns and refunds
As all our products are created to order and are of very high quality, we only offer a return or refund in exceptional circumstances. Please make sure you check orders carefully and print details clearly.
