How long do your gingerbread cookies keep for?

All of our products have a guaranteed shelf life of six months from delivery with the exception of our cookie bouquets. Our Cookie Bouquets have a shelf life of three months from delivery.

How soon can I can I have my order delivered?

Place your orders by 12:30pm to ensure same day posting . We post gifts Monday to Thursday only, excluding Bank Holidays. If your order is received on a Friday after 12.30 this will then be posted on the following Monday. All individual gifts including cookie cards and Baby Bundles are sent First Class through the Royal Mail. The majority of single gifts should be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays), however we cannot guarantee this, unless you choose Special Delivery - Next Day delivery option at the checkout. If you need the gift to arrive by a certain date and you would like to use First Class Royal Mail then we suggest you choose a posting date at least two business days before the desired delivery date. Royal mail advises delivery in 2-5 working days using standard first class.

All Cookie Bouquets  are sent through via next working day courier service, so if you order it before 12.30pm it should be delivered the next business day. All courier deliveries require a signature as prove of receipt, if there is no-one there to receive it the courier will leave notification detailing how to rearrange delivery, or where it can be collected. Courier service mainland UK is delivered between 8am – 6pm the next working day. Please note Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands are on 2-3 day service.

Please note that bouquets ordered on a Friday will not arrive until the following Tuesday.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail which are outside of our control. All parcels sent by courier delivery are tracked but we cannot track 1st class mail. Royal Mail categorises a parcel as lost if undelivered after 15 working days. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, we will issue a refund or send your cookies again, whichever you prefer.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free. If you would like to upgrade your order to Special Delivery- Next Day then this is an additional £4.50

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

As we work on a same day dispatch service with the majority of our products any cancellations must be phoned through within 30 minutes of the order being placed. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees if a cancellation is received after this time. 

Yes, all of our products are now being produced using natural colours.

Do your products contain nuts?

None of our products contain nuts nor do we allow nuts on our premises. However, we cannot guarantee that our suppliers do not have nuts on their premises so for that reason we do state that our products may contain traces of nuts.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians’?

Yes

Are your products suitable for vegans?

No, we do use dried egg whites in our icings so our products are unfortunately not suitable for vegans.

Are you able to provide gluten free gingerbread cookies?

Unfortunately, we are not able to produce gluten free gingerbread at this time.
